Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles as he's referred to to the world of pop music is a British musician and singer. Harry Styles belongs to the band One Direction. Harry Styles was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on the 1st of February 1994. He's the father of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, where, along with three schoolmates, he founded his own band called White Eskimo. Their outstanding performances allowed them to beat their first Battle of Bands 2009. He was always interested in music but wanted to become the next lawyer or physical therapy. In the past, he was employed as a part-time baker within his town with the aim of helping people financially in the home. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010, and did Is not She Lovely, a Stevie Wonder song. He got selected. His band was forced to split up because of the fact that they were selected. Following the audition on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles be part of a future band that would be called One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in the year 2010. The group played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart from Bonnie Tyler so the group were among the hopefuls to win the contest. They came third in front of Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell still paid two million dollars in cash to One Direction for them to sign a deal with Syco.
